Comprehensive Services

Do you prefer to focus only on expectant moms? We come alongside you to provide the services needed to get adoptive families ready to begin showing their profiles to those moms.

We specialize in the following areas:

  • prenatal drug and alcohol exposure
  • creating healthy open adoption relationships
  • transracial adoption
We maintain a list of grants and provide guidance on the application process, as well as fundraiser planning and support.
We walk alongside clients as they work with our graphic designer to create a beautiful expectant mom centered book that brings families to life on paper.
We focus on enabling clients to be well-prepared for the complexities of the adoption process.

When you send us expectant mother situations, we will send them to the families who fit the expectant mom’s preferences. If chosen, we will walk alongside you and the adoptive family to continue providing education, guidance and support throughout the process and into post placement.

A-La-Carte Services

We can also provide only the services you need to help ease your load. These services are only provided to families with agency referral.

We can coordinate and oversee education for your families in the areas of Transracial adoption, open adoption relationships, and prenatal drug exposure.

Our team can work with your families to create professionally designed, authentic and triad centered profile books for your them. We will work with you to adjust the book to your specifications.

When you need extra profiles or are working with a mom requesting very specific criteria, we can provide profiles from well-educated and supported families who are ready to love and support anexpectant mom.

We provide a post placement support option that is open to all adoptive families.

We would love to add you to our database of agencies that we can refer to for home studies and as an option for our clients that are looking for agencies to work with on matching.

Are you an independent home study provider? We would love for you to refer the families you work with who need a professional to guide them through the rest of the adoption process. We’re also happy to add you to our list of trusted home study resources.

Are you an agency turning away waiting hopeful adoptive families? We’d love the referral! We can send them back to you for the home study, and then do the rest of the work to get the family match-ready. Then, those families can come back to be on your list of waiting families ready to match, or we can work with them to match with our vetted partner agencies, or they can do both!

Each of our adoption and post-placement clients receives access to Activism in Adoption’s resources through our sponsorship.  

It focuses on critical issues in adoption beyond infancy and early childhood, addressing the complexities of Race, Relationships and Resilience and the challenges of navigating those issues over the course of a lifetime.

We Do NOT:

  • Facilitate adoptions by working directly with birth moms.
  • Allow families to present on more than one situation at a time.
  • Allow families to present on our referral cases unless they meet the criteria mom is looking for. Exceptions are only made with your permission.
  • Ask clients to be open to everything they might see and push them to say yes to all cases just to match quickly. We only want them to say yes if they’re truly comfortable with the situation and prepared to follow through.
  • Send you clients with home studies that don’t include approval for the case characteristics they are applying for. We will not send you families with expired clearances or incorrect paperwork
